Our IT service

We supported our customers around the SAP software. This includes:

• Customized SAP software solutions
• Ticketing and support in day-to-day business when working with SAP
• Legacy data transfer to SAP from source systems
• Program adjustments (customer-specific functions)
• Interfaces from SAP to other systems (IDOCs, BAPIs)
• Form adjustments

The SAP modules supported were MM, SD, PP, WM, QM, CS, FI.

We used the following SAP tools for this:

• ABAP / 4 incl. ABAP OO
• SAPScript (forms)
• Smartforms (forms)
• Adobe Forms (PDF forms with the help of LiveCycleDesigner)
• Reports
• Dynpros (dialog programming)
• Batch inputs / BAPIs for data transfer
• LSMW

We had special knowledge of graphics and barcodes (e.g. GS-1 barcode), especially when it comes to forms.
